All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Diagno First Labs makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or error-free operation of the platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diagno First Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform or services.

7. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Services are valid for three (3) days from the date of invoice generation. Cancellation requests are accepted only within twenty-four (24) hours of booking. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts within India.
